Report a Technical Problem

Use this form if you are having trouble connecting to online library resources.

This service is available to:

Currently enrolled AU students

AU staff and faculty members

Known Issues:

If you are unable to access a database that you normally do not have problems with, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Restart your browser session and try again.

In Firefox, this is under Tools -> Clear Private Data.

In Internet Explorer, this is under Tools -> Internet Options -> General tab -> Browsing History

If you get a Login Failure page for any CQ resource, follow these instructions:

When you get to the Log-in Failure page, click on "Log Out" in the upper right-hand corner.

You'll see a message that says: "Thank you for using the CQ Electronic Library. Your logout is now complete. If you wish to access another CQEL collection, please select here." Click on the "select here" link.

This takes you to a page of CQ resources. Click on the name of the CQ database you want to access.
