Request a Library Instruction Session

Customized library sessions may be requested to introduce classes or groups to the major research tools in specific disciplines, with an emphasis on the use and comparative value of these resources and how they fit into the context of the research process.

This service is available for:

Current AU faculty members
Current teaching assistants
Current AU staff members
Current AU student groups

Guidelines:

Please request your instruction session at least 2 weeks in advance.
A librarian will contact you to confirm your class within 2 business days (M-F). If you don't hear back within that time, please call 202-885-3238.
You may request a particular librarian, but s/he may or may not be available.
Instructors are strongly encouraged to attend the instruction session.
